The Pro-Collagen Rose Cleansing Balm is still a firm favorite and works wonders on my sensitive skin, just as it always has. I've ordered from Elemis APAC several times before, and the product quality is consistently excellent, easily comparable to brands like Clarins or Lancome. This time, however, my order took a full 8 days to arrive, which was a bit longer than my previous experiences. I usually use PayPal or my credit card, and the payment process is always straightforward at checkout. While I appreciate the quality, the slower shipping this time was a slight drawback.
